Our experience was marred by several issues. the shower had inconsistent water pressure, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found areas that hadn't been properly cleaned.

The Double Room was super comfy with a cozy bed and nice clean pillows. Big plus was the space. it felt roomy, and the bathroom was bigger than expected. WiFi was decent, though not lightning fast. I loved the indirect lighting in the room, really nice touch. Just wish there were tea or coffee facilities. the room had no kettle, which was kind of a bummer for late-night drinks.

We enjoyed our stay. the staff was exceptionally welcoming and the breakfast choices were abundant with hot & cold options. The location was central, making it easy to explore attractions.
There was some building work outside, which made the paths a bit tricky to navigate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Holstenwall Hamburg Neustadt. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the lively Reeperbahn and the beautiful Planten un Blomen gardens. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more delightful.
